In this Field Guide on CD, definitions of botanical terms is only a click away. The Glossary contains over 200 botanical terms and geographic locations. Throughout this application, these words are underlined to indicate that they are defined in the glossary. When you click on an underlined word, the glossary window will open and position directly to the desired term — much easier to use than the glossary at the back of a book.
In addition, there is a Glossary button at the bottom of each screen. A click on that button will open a large glossary window. You can move directly to any letter of the alphabet by merely typing that letter, or you can scroll to the word that you want.
