Weed Identification Guide

Common Weeds in the San Gabriel Mountains and Valley

Front page of the weed guide

This Weed Identification Guide was created by Gabi McLean to support the Invasive Plant Survey in San Gabriel Mountains. A joint project of the California Native Plant Society and the Angeles National Forest, the purpose of the survey was to identify and remove, when possible, the new infestations of invasive weeds in the area burned by the Station Fire in September, 2009.

You are welcome to use this weed guide online; download it to your computer, tablet or phone and use it; or print it to use in the field.
